Last year, the world has been transformed entering the next normal to counter global pandemic. The COVID-19 outbreak has acted as a catalyst for change and has reiterated the need to pay attention to how facilities are being managed and services are being delivered. With health and wellness becoming key focus areas, we are required to ensure a safe, productive, and hygienic environment in a whole new way.

Through the uncertainty of an unprecedented situation we are remaining constant in our commitment to care for our tenants, visitors, communities and each other.

Here’s a last year’s recap of our optimisation facilities focusing on hygienic treatment aiming to create a decent environment in this building.

As we move forward, we will continue to develop strategies and optimisation facilities to address some of the world’s urgent challenges, including the health of our earth. By receiving a Greenship Existing Building Certificate last year, we will continue to innovate reducing carbon footprint, enable an environmentally and socially responsible, maintaining a healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life.
