The whole world is currently facing the covid-19 outbreak. The question of how to effectively disinfect surfaces and reduce the spread of the virus has become a main concern for building management. We provide Schindler handrail Ultra UV device on all of our escalators as a new method for disinfecting handrails.
Specifically, the device is used to efficiently disinfect the handrails of escalators in order to suppress the spread of viruses. Ultra UV device uses germicidal UVC light to irradiate the handrails at a short distance, only 15 mm, ensuring that bacteria and viruses are effectively killed. With this physical disinfection process using UVC LED technology, handrails are disinfected in an efficient and environmentally friendly way. The device is installed inside the escalator to ensure passenger safety. Utilizing the circular motion of the handrails, these are automatically disinfected as they
circulate.

PORT Elevator technology has been installed and activated. PORT technology provides the solutions to move people more efficiently, each PORT terminal comes equipped with a radio frequency identification (RFID) sensor, when a passenger scans their personal
access card at the PORT terminal, the system can verify that passenger’s credentials through a secure central database and automatically call or display the floors they authorized to go to, which add security to all tenant offices.

PORT Elevator technology also helps to reduce contact on public surfaces, equipped buildings safely, securely, and hygienic. Aims to reduce contact on public surfaces also happen at the car park entrance, besides providing a long-range RFID to read the registered card and open the gate automatically, guests
visitors allow having the ability to get the entrance access card by waving a hand, or without using their bare finger.

As per Government regulations, We need to take precautionary measures against Covid-19, this includes a daily health-screening questionnaire and temperature reading of each person entering
The Energy building.

With QR Code Health Check-In, visitors heading to the tenant office floor can use their smartphone to check themselves into the building, thereby allowing a touchless check-in option.
This check-in appears on the security and receptionist dashboard to allow for verification before entry. This system also makes it easier to track down visitors potentially infected with COVID-19.
