On Saturday, June 21st, 2025, The Energy Building proudly took part in celebrating the 498th anniversary of Jakarta, the vibrant capital city we all call home. As a landmark in the heart of Jakarta’s business district, The Energy Building has always embraced the cultural spirit of the city — and this year, it brought that spirit to life in a warm and welcoming way.

For two days, both before and after the official anniversary date, visitors and tenants of the building were greeted at the lobby by security and reception staff dressed in traditional Betawi attire inspired by Abang None Jakarta. The colorful clothing, warm smiles, and friendly greetings created a festive atmosphere that reflected the charm and cultural richness of the city.

This simple yet meaningful gesture became a point of delight for many visitors. Tenants took photos, shared stories, and felt a deeper sense of connection to Jakarta’s legacy.
